EVENT PROMOTER

We are searching for outgoing, enthusiastic Event Promoters to join our PARTY ALL OVER  team. The Event Promoter's responsibilities include studying the minutiae of each scheduled event, generating awareness within our target audience, and upselling.

To be successful as our Event Promoter, you should exhibit excellent networking and sales skills. Ultimately, an outstanding Event Promoter will possess an existing, active canon of connections.

 Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with the relevant details of each event, including scheduling and pricing.

  • Establishing a network of connections on which you can draw, as needed.

  • Using existing and novel informative tools to disseminate event-related details.

  • Harnessing social media and in-person contact to spread awareness about events.

  • Answering event-related queries posed by existing and prospective customers.

  • Encouraging attendance at events by using appropriate sales and negotiation techniques.

Event Promoter Requirements

  • 18 or over

  • Prior sales, advertising, or marketing experience.(preferred  but will train)

  • The capacity to create and distribute engaging, informative resources.

  • Excellent public speaking skills.

  • Top-notch interpersonal, networking, and negotiation abilities.

  • Outstanding research skills.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.(hours are very flexible)

Event Host 

We are looking for friendly Event Host to join our PARTY ALL OVER  team. The Event Host will be responsible for things from  managing servers and kitchen staff, preparing seating arrangements,fulfilling guest requests to getting the party started on the dance floor.This position  frequently requires working irregular hours.

A top-notch Event Host should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and thrive in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates are able to engage with people from a variety of backgrounds and maintain professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the planning, preparation, and organization of events.

  • Managing kitchen and serving staff.

  • Receiving and directing guests to their seats.

  • Answering questions and addressing concerns of guests in a charming, polite manner.

  • Ensuring that the event space is clean prior to and after the event.

  • Double-checking that all health safety measures are observed and that staff are well-versed in emergency protocols.

  • Creating a positive, relaxed atmosphere where guests can enjoy themselves.

  • Offering polite salutations to guests as they leave the venue.

  • Coordinating different teams and ensuring they all work together harmoniously.

Event Coordinator 

We are searching for a talented and motivated Event Coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. You will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as choosing venues, approving menus, developing seating plans, and evaluating success afterward.

As the Event Coordinator, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of vendor management. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.

  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

  • Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes.

  • Maintain event budgets.

  • Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.

  • Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an event coordinator preferred *Will train the right person*

  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

  • Outstanding vendor management skills.

  • Experience in Hospitality Management or Public Relations is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Brand Ambassador 

Our advertisement marketing company needs a Brand Ambassador to take over social media and online positioning tasks for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creation, development and popularization of major up-and-coming events,business,products or music  to online advertising conglomerates. If you can't steer clear of Facebook,instagram and Twitter for more than a few hours at a time, you might be perfect for this position. This full-time job comes with excellent pay.

 Responsibilities 

  • Create and contribute to social media accounts for our clients

  • Advise clients on content marketing campaigns and product positioning logistics

  • Develop social media strategies based on continually evolving metrics and client feedback

  • Create and implement product marketing campaigns for clients

  • Measure the conversion rates and other metrics for ongoing campaigns and make adjustments as necessary

  • Create content for our website and blog to attract new clients and to establish us as experts in social media marketing for products

We are looking for well verse DJ from around the world.Sign on with PARTY ALL OVER and we call you when there is a party in your area.

Requirements

  • Must have own equipment and transportation

  • A 10 minute live video audition thru *zoom or other apps* will have to be performed for our staff 

Event Dancer/Performer

 

Party all over are seeking energetic people that will get the party started and keep it going.

  • Must love to dance 

  • Very confident with your body and attitude

  • Very fun and very playful but know this is your job 

  • Must remain professional at all times

Requirements​
